Samuel Lochridge is a graduate of Reinhardt University (B.A., magna cum laude) and the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (J.D.). He began his career in criminal justice in 2003 working as a deputy sheriff in Bartow County, Georgia.
Over the course of his ten-year law enforcement career, Mr. Lochridge performed a variety of duties to include serving on the command staff of two police agencies. Graduating from law school in 2014, Mr. Lochridge worked as an assistant public defender in the Coweta Judicial Circuit, in Georgia, where he defended felony criminal cases. He went on to serve as a prosecutor in the metro-Atlanta area where he litigated felony, misdemeanor, and juvenile cases. Mr. Lochridge also served as an attorney advisor in the Social Security Administration’s Office of Hearing Operations.
Mr. Lochridge currently serves as a Senior Legal Instructor at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, where he instructs a broad spectrum of legal topics, specializing in the legal aspects of use of force.
