Chief Hajir Nuriddin is a veteran law enforcement executive with over 34 yrs. of experience. She recently retired as the Asst. Chief of Police at Coral Gables, FL. PD. Chief Nuriddin previously served at the Bakersfield CA. Police Dept. where she commanded divisions inclusive of Investigations, Operations, Narcotics, SWAT/EOD, and Specialized Task Forces. Chief Nuriddin was also the first female motorcycle supervisor in the history of that department. Chief Nuriddin was recognized as one of the most outstanding African-American females in the community and previously received the Sothern CA. NOBLE “LEO of the Year” award. Chief Nuriddin holds an MPA from CSUB and is a graduate of the PERF- SMIP, FBINAA #242, and various executive courses. She served as a professor at CSUB and is a published author of “08 Time-Tested Assessment Center Templates: A Quick Reference Handbook for LE” and “Today’s Police Chiefs’ Greatest Challenge: Accountability, Accountability, Accountability” article in the IACP Police Chief Magazine in June 2018. Chief Nuriddin is a nationally recognized speaker on leadership and has trained thousands of law enforcement officers nationally.
