Ray Cordell is a 37 year veteran of law enforcement. He currently serves as the Chief of Police for the Village of Oakwood Hills, Illinois. He is the chairman of the Education and Programs Committee for the Illinois Association of Chiefs of Police (ILACP), and is a board member and past president of Northeast Multi Regional Training (NEMRT) Mobile Team 3 located in northern Illinois. He is also a charter member and advisory board member of the International Law Enforcement Educators and Trainers Association (ILEETA). He holds a bachelor degree from Roosevelt University and A masters of Public Administration degree from the Illinois Institute of Technology.
