Lieutenant Hall is a 26 year vetran of the San Diego Police Department. Currently his assignment is Traffic Divsion where is the Lieutenant for the Department's Motors Unit. Prior to that, he was the Lieutenant for Traffic Investigations and Operations consiting of the Traffic Investigative Unit, Collision Investigation Bureau, Fleet Saftey and Tow Administration.
Prior assignments include: Field Lieutenant for Patrol Operations, Area Station Lieutenant, Detective Sergeant for the Department's Vice Operations Unit and area investigative Sergeant. Lieutenant Hall spent 13 years on the Depatrment's SWAT team as both an Officer and Supervisor. Additional small unit assignments include; Divsional Crime Suppression Team Supervisor and the Downtown Gaslamp Bike Team Supervisor.
Lieuteant Hall has been an adjunct academy instructor since 2001, in various areas of Officer Saftey and Field Tactics. Lietuanant Hall has also been a presenter for Cal OES in the area of terrosim awaresness and response.
Lieutenant Hall currently manages the Department's efforts in combating street takeovers and sideshow events.
