Acting Lieutenant Domino Scott Jackson has been a member of the Pasadena Police Department for 24 years. She has worked a variety of assignments including Records, Park Safety, Patrol, Homeless Outreach, Special Victims Unit and Professional Standards. She is a member of the Peer Support Team and is a Crisis Negotiator. She also serves as the Southern Director for the California Association of Hostage Negotiators.
Between January 2018 and June 2021, she promoted to the rank of Corporal and Sergeant. In April 2023, Domino was promoted to Acting Lieutenant, where she worked as a Patrol Watch Commander and oversees the Employee Wellness Unit. The unit was designed to provide supportive services and resources to department employees and community members who have been impacted by traumatic events.
Domino holds a Master of Arts Degree in Clinical Psychology, Specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy. She has been an instructor for CSULB Long Beach Criminal Justice and Research Center for ten years. She teaches Principle Policing, Mental Healh Decision Making and SB230. During her spare time, she enjoys spending time with her family, Disneyland visits and travelling.
