Crystal M. Miller, MPA is a change agent committed to using her talents to positively impact others’ lives. Crystal has over 17 years of experience improving processes, managing projects, developing policies and programs, and managing program operations in both the private sector and local government. She began her work in violence prevention in 2011, with the vision to help communities and people live thriving lives. Crystal connects this passion to how she wishes the Cincinnati, OH community she grew up in had more opportunities and was safe haven for the people who lived there. Prior to her current role, she held several leadership positions with the City of Philadelphia, nonprofit organizations, and labor unions. She has a wealth of experience developing policies, managing projects, and building programs focused on violence reduction and prevention, Black Male Achievement, and protective pay legislation. Crystal makes an intentional effort to give back what she's learned by mentor young staff and interns. She also volunteers with the Cincinnati, Ohio based Olivet Food Pantry. She is an explorer, a life learner, a motivator, a protector, and a results creator.
