Highhorse Little is a sergeant with the San Diego Police Department, currently assigned to the Force Analysis Unit. Some of the tasks of the unit include, but not limited to, reviewing use of force events for effectiveness, use of force mitigation opportunities, and training points for departmental training. Additionally, the unit screens and reports unnecessary or unreasonable excessive force issues and any other unethical behaviors.
Highhorse has many years of experience as a patrol officer and patrol supervisor patrolling in various areas of the City of San Diego. He also is a trainer in law enforcement subjects, such as, crowd control, firearms, and other use of force related subjects.
Highhorse is also a United States Marine Corps veteran and former Drill Instructor, hand-to-hand combat instructor, and riot control trainer.
