Sarah Boyle has devoted her entire professional career to public service. Sarah is currently the Acting Chief of Staff to the Superintendent at the Chicago Police Department. Through her various roles in the Chicago Police Department, ACOS Boyle has worked on many high-profile projects that have included organizational development, increased technology capacity and strengthening city-wide partnerships. Prior to this role Sarah was the Director of Strategic Projects, in which she was responsible for managing and implementing department-wide strategic projects while acting as a liaison for key initiatives with the Mayor's Office. In 2018 Sarah started her tenure with the Chicago Police Department as a Project Strategy Manager under the Office of Reform Management. Sarah was responsible for implementing court mandated police reform and the Department’s Strategic Plan. Prior to CPD in 2018, Sarah worked with the FBI as an Honors Intern while completing graduate school. Sarah holds a master's degree in public policy from the University of Chicago and an undergraduate degree in geography and international relations from the University of St. Andrews in Scotland.
