Jamey has over 25 years of leader development experience. He is a graduate of West Point and Gordon Conwell Theological Seminary, with respective BS & Master’s in psychology. He served 9 years as an Army infantry officer, including in Afghanistan (02) and Ramadi, Iraq (06-07). After military service, Jamey began consulting in leader development, and started his own firm in 2015.
Jamey is a graduate of the Army’s Ranger school (also instructed there), combat diver qualification course, and jumpmaster school. He was on a team that consulted to the Center for the Army Profession and Ethic, as the Army wrestled with the corrosive effect of war and developed leaders in decision-making and professional identity. In that role, Jamey produced a multi-media case study on an egregious war crime & coverup in Iraq. Jamey has been serving law enforcement leaders and agencies since 2015 and currently sits on IACP’s Education & Training Committee. He lives in Arizona with his wife and their 3 teens.
