His role as the architect and administrator for the Santa Barbara Police Department’s networking, servers, and mobile devices includes a 15-agency criminal justice network where he served as the County Control Agency’s security and point-of-contact. Microsoft selected David for two case studies, and he appeared on Microsoft TV in Mark Russinovich’s Springboard Series. He is now a Microsoft Network and Security Solutions Architect for State and Local Government.
