Sheila Gunderman is the Director of Programs at the National Center for Policing Innovation (VCPI), where she oversees the day-to-day operations of the COPS Training Portal. For the past 19 years, she has been heavily involved in the development and delivery of all of NCPI’s training programs, both in-person and eLearning, for the COPS Office, Bureau of Justice Assistance, Depart of Homeland Security, National Institute of Justice, state-level law enforcement entities, and other projects aimed at supporting local, state, and national law enforcement efforts. Sheila works with the COPS Office to develop and implement strategic plans, with a focus on improved support for user learning and experience.
