Matthew Swenson currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer – North America for Blackrainbow Inc. In his role as CEO – North America, Mr. Swenson is responsible for overseeing the development, management, and success of the company’s North America organization. Prior to serving at Blackrainbow, Mr. Swenson was the Senior Vice President for Investigations at Cadien Cyber Response where he led a team of investigators responsible for responding to cyber incidents and conducting data breach investigations and analysis.
Before his tenure in the private sector, Mr. Swenson served as the Division Chief at the Homeland Security Investigations Cyber Crimes Center (C3) in Fairfax, VA. At C3, he oversaw all daily operations for all cybercrime investigations, digital forensics, cyber threat intelligence, child exploitation investigations, and internet technology support. Mr. Swenson has 20 years of federal law enforcement experience focusing on digital forensics, cybercrime, and incident response. Mr. Swenson currently holds a Masters of Science Degree in Information Security Engineering and a Bachelors Degree in Political Science (Pre-law).
