Sara Dziejma is a Policy Advisor within DOJ’s Bureau of Justice Assistance supporting programs focused on officer safety and wellness and workforce modernization. Previously, she served as the Task Lead at Booz Allen Hamilton supporting the Department of Homeland Security’s Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA) Emergency Communications Division. Prior to her time with CISA, Sara spent 12 years at the International Association of Chiefs of Police, most recently as the manager of the Policy Center. Sara received her Master of Forensic Sciences from George Washington University and her Bachelor of Arts from the University of South Carolina.
