Sara Palmer is a Program Specialist within NCMEC’s Child Sex Trafficking Programs and has worked for the Analytical Services Division since 2011. With a primary focus on gang-related cases, Sara brings experience and resources to all divisions at NCMEC with an emphasis on gang-affiliation as an endangerment to missing and exploited children. She has presented on various gang-related topics to local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies, as well as various task force meetings and international conferences. Sara holds a Master’s Degree (M.A.) in Forensic Psychology from Marymount University, and a Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Criminal Justice from the University of Maryland.
