Ken Roske is the Chief of Police in Pasco (WA) where he rose through the ranks, spending time in Field Operations, the Training Division, and Support Operations.
He has been an integral part of establishing the department's nationally recognized social media platforms & obtaining dual accreditations (State & CALEA). He coordinated the department's Critical Response/Technical Assistance project with DOJ/COPS Office, which has been credited with helping build community trust. Chief Roske currently serves as a Commissioner on the WA State Criminal Justice Training Commission, and his agency was recently selected to develop the first regional police training academy in the State where a complete revision of the training curriculum was created using modern police practices.
Chief Roske holds a BS in Criminal Justice Management & an MS in Organizational Leadership. He is a graduate of the FBI National Academy and holds certifications in Middle Management and Police Executive, as well an Executive Development Certification from the California Police Chief's Association and an Executive Leadership Certificate from Drucker School of Management.
